Digital Delivery Policy

Learn how your digital software orders are delivered, what to expect after purchase, and how to access your products securely.

Overview

All products sold by WDKey are digital software licenses. No physical product, box, USB drive, DVD, printed card, or shipping package will be sent.

Digital product: no physical item will be shipped.

Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered by email shortly after payment is completed. Delivery time can vary depending on payment verification, order review, email-provider delays, or security checks.

  • Many orders are delivered within minutes.
  • Some orders may require manual verification before delivery.
  • If there is a delay, contact WDKey support with your order number.

How Digital Delivery Works

After a successful purchase, WDKey sends the license information to the email address used at checkout.

  1. Place your order: Choose your software license and complete secure checkout.
  2. Receive your email: Your license key and activation details are sent digitally.
  3. Activate your software: Follow the provided instructions or contact support if help is needed.

Email Delivery

Please make sure your email address is correct before completing checkout. WDKey is not responsible for delays caused by an incorrect email address entered by the customer.

  • Check your inbox after payment.
  • Check spam, junk, or promotions folders if the email is not visible.
  • Add support@wdkey.com to your safe-sender list when possible.

Delivery Issues

If you do not receive your digital license after completing payment, contact our support team. We may ask for your order number, checkout email address, and payment-confirmation details.

Do not place a second order before contacting support if you believe your first order has been delayed.

Digital Products Only

Because WDKey products are digital licenses, delivery is completed electronically. Product access begins once the license information is delivered to the customer email address.

Some products may include activation instructions, download links, setup notes, or support guidance depending on the software license purchased.

Activation Support

WDKey provides activation support for eligible orders. If you experience an activation issue, contact us with the exact error message and screenshots so our team can assist you.
